Concept for project Kastell is developed around idea “Less is more”. In terms of developing a living environment, the goal was to achieve minimalistic, light, functional-easy to use and compact living space to enable focus on smooth and contemporary indoor and outdoor living near the shore line.
Currently the project obtained building permission with construction planed for Q4/2021 and expected commencement of use in 2Q/2022.
