Evergreen Residences Komiža (ERK) is an XPRIMIA-owned project of 5 luxury holiday residences in Komiža on the island of Vis/Croatia. It has been designed for rental purposes and to accommodate even the most demanding of guests.

Extraordinary location of site, in vicinity of shoreline and the old town centre, grants privacy while disposing of a wide range of amenities within walking distance.

ERK implement state-of-the-art design, all with spacious terraces, infinity swimming pools with great views, private wellness areas and outside kitchens, also including full interior and exterior equipment for final use. Each villa is thereby designed to fulfil highest architectural standards while integrating the surrounding to maximize quality of stay. The approach results in a luxurious, light and pure design of residences in a carob tree grove, by all means justifying the project name: EVERGREEN Residences.

Currently the project obtained building permission with construction to begin in 2021 and expected start of operations in 2022.
