Project Uljak is ready and new owners are already settled in to the amazing sea view.
Project Uljak concept was developed and optimized in close collaboration with the renowned design office Log Urbis in order to achieve the desired object quality and sustainability. Implementing the idea of a well-structured, contemporary, seaside living in connection with nature has been at the core of the design process. High construction quality results in easy use and low maintenance for apartment owners, furthermore, assuring that design requirements are successfully realized. Innovative, durable and environment-friendly materials as such grant state of the art living standards and optimized energy efficiency. Great attention is given to environment responsibility, providing a design that lowers energy and water usage, integrates use of recyclable materials and minimizes overall environmental impact of the building. A “healthy” landscaping is realized by planting authentic greenery and direct use of soil materials (sandstone) for gardening and decoration of outside walls.

The purity of the sea water, the beauty of the harsh Mediterranean landscape and the unique, magnificent coastline (including the underwater world) remain the main attractions of the island of Pag as a tourism destination. Surrounded with numerous natural sand beaches, crystal clear sea and lunar-rocky landscapes, Stara Novalja is a peaceful fisherman’s village placed in the bay of the same name. The Mediterranean climate allows the bathing season to begin in May and end in October. Numerous diving centers, urban and rocky trails suitable for mountain biking or tracking, make it a great place for all sorts of activities, on and off the water. Additionally, you can experience unique gourmet treats trough a variety of restaurants or by visiting Hotel Boškinac (hotel/restaurant/vinery), one of the best restaurants in Croatia, located directly in Stara Novalja.
